Legal & exact-wording answers (3-5 max, optional)

Use FAQs only when wording must be exact
Add FAQs ONLY for items where the wording must be exact — your license number, exact address, exact hours, payment methods you accept, warranty terms. Our AI answers everything else (pricing, scope, scheduling) from your service descriptions.
Cap: 5 FAQs. Keep it tight — extra detail belongs in your service descriptions.

Emergency detection

When a customer mentions certain words (like "flood" or "gas leak"), the bot will ask them if it's urgent. If they confirm, their lead gets flagged as urgent and fast-tracked — they only need to give their name and phone so you can call them ASAP.

Channel setup info

A few details so we can route calls and messages to you. We'll activate everything within 24 hours after you submit. Your web chat is live immediately.

Where incoming calls should ring you. Customers never see this number — they only see the new business number we provision for you. When customers call, your phone rings. If you can't pick up, our chatbot catches them with a follow-up text. US numbers only.
What customers see in WhatsApp. Meta reviews this — keep it close to your legal business name. Avoid generic terms like "Plumbing Services" alone.
